This is a prototype for the figure which was available as one of the Botcon 2012 Transformers convention exclusives in Dallas, Texas.

Note the differences on mine as listed below:

• different rear window color. Mine is green while the final release is blue. 
• different energy blade color. Mine is green while the final release is blue. 
• darker blue paint apps on plastic. Mine is darker metallic blue while the final release is brighter blue.
